about the recipe

Crunchy, nutty, and sweet, this vegan air fryer granola is great on top of coconut yogurt and paired with berries.  It’s flavored with vanilla, and hints of cinnamon for a cozy treat.


mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (except for the raisins)

step 1

the oats should be coated well with the syrups and nut butter

step 2

transfer to a parchment lined air fryer basket

step 3

preheat the air fryer to 275F and cook for 20 minutes flipping halfway

let cool completely and transfer to an air tight container


great on top of yogurt or with berries
