This easy air fryer polenta recipe, has a crispy, crunchy exterior with a savory, salty, almost creamy interior.  Serve them with your favorite marinara sauce for an easy snack or appetizer.



step 1

if not using tubed polenta, make it from scratch and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours

step 2

slice the tubed polenta in half and into 1/2" rectangles

step 3

then, slice into smaller sticks or fries (you can also slice it into rounds)

step 4

coat the sticks in the cornstarch, flour and spices

step 5

place in the air fryer basket and brush with olive oil


air fry for 18-22 minutes, flipping half way. Serve with marinara!
