This creamy vegan Avocado Green Goddess Dressing is vibrant, with fresh herbs and tangy lemon juice. It's perfect for drizzling on salads, sandwiches, or Buddha bowls!

step 1

Soak the raw cashews for 5 minutes in 1/2 cup of warm water.

Add all the dressing ingredients, plus the cashews and soaking water to a blender.

step 3

Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to thin the dressing.

step 4

Transfer the green goddess dressing to an airtight container or jar. Store in the fridge.


This makes a great sauce for grain bowls or buddha bowls!


It's also a great salad dressing for dark leafy greens or spring mix!
