Balsamic Tofu

with easy marinade!

This balsamic tofu is sweet and tangy with a perfectly caramelized exterior. The marinade is made with high quality balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, garlic and red pepper flakes.

dijon mustard


balsamic vinegar

step 1

Lightly press the tofu and cut it into 1/2 inch cubes.

step 2

Whisk together the balsamic marinade in a large bowl or shallow dish.

step 3

Add the tofu, toss to combine, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

step 4

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet.

step 5

Add the marinated balsamic tofu and pan fry for 2-3 minutes each side.


The tofu should be golden brown and slightly caramelized when done.


Serve with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil on top.
