This is the creamiest, easiest & Best Vegan Alfredo Sauce! This dairy free sauce is made without coconut milk, cauliflower or cashew cream & is ready in about 30 minutes.

I recommend using Violife's Just Like Parmesan Wedge. This is the best vegan parmesan cheese for this recipe!

step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta per the package instructions until al dente.

step 2

Heat the vegan butter and olive oil in a pot over medium low heat until the butter is melted.

step 3

Whisk in the all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon at a time until completely dissolved and the mixture begins to thicken.

step 4

Add in the dairy free milk, 1 cup at a time whisking constantly. Then, mix in the vegan parmesan and garlic.

step 5

Drain the cooked pasta and toss with the vegan Alfredo sauce. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.

serving

Top with fresh cracked black pepper and fresh basil.
