This coffee and walnut loaf is super moist and tender with crunchy toasted walnuts and bold coffee flavor.  It’s also completely vegan, eggless, and dairy-free.

This loaf cake is topped with sweet espresso flavored icing making a perfect breakfast bite or a late-night snack with a cold glass of almond milk.


add the wet ingredients and the sugar to a large bowl

add the dry ingredients on top of the wet

mix until just combined

step 3

fold in the chopped walnuts

step 4

spoon the batter into a greased loaf pan

step 5

bake for 35-45 minutes (depending on your pan size)


while the loaf cools, mix together the coffee icing


spoon the icing on the loaf and let it set for 15 minutes before serving


slice it up and serve with tea or coffee!
