This creamy tahini pasta with garlic, lemon and kale is topped with crispy savory tofu and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.

Sauté onion and garlic in a stockpot over medium heat.

Add chopped kale.  Then, add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce.

Pour in 1 cup of the reserved pasta to deglaze the pot.

Add in the cooked pasta. Stir to coat.

Top with red pepper flakes, salt to taste, and crispy tofu.
