This is by far the creamiest fettuccini Alfredo that you won't believe is vegan!  This Alfredo sauce is free from cashews, coconut milk, and cauliflower.


– Vegan Butter – Olive Oil – All Purpose Flour – Plant Milk – Vegan Parmesan Cheese, Violife – Fresh Garlic

step 1

Melt the vegan butter over medium low heat. Add the grated garlic and olive oil.

sprinkle the flour into the melted butter. Stir to form a paste

step 3

Slowly pour the dairy free milk into the flour mixture. It should thicken immediately.

step 4

Add salt, pepper, and the vegan parmesan

step 5

cook the pasta according to the box instructions


Toss the pasta in the Alfredo. Top with fresh basil and more vegan parmesan.
