These crispy curried vegan chickpea patties are flavor-packed and ready in under 30 minutes!  Serve them with lime aioli and fluffy coconut rice for an easy dinner.

mash the canned chickpeas with a fork or a potato masher

step 01

add the spices, cilantro, pepper, onion, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs

step 02

mix and add water to form a thick scoop-able dough

step 03

form the dough into small patties with your hands

pan fry in oil until golden and crispy on both sides- about 3-4 minutes

serve over rice with a drizzle of dairy free lime aioli and fresh herbs
