These vegan Christmas cookies are soft on the inside yet perfectly crisp on the outside. Perfect for holiday baking. They can be made in the air fryer or they can be oven baked!



vegan butter

step 1

Cream the vegan butter, sugar, plant milk, and vanilla.

step 2

Add the dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Roll the chilled dough out to a 1/4" thickness & cut out the cookies.

These cookies can be baked or air fried! Place in the air fryer basket or on a parchment lined baking sheet.


Air fry in the preheated air fryer (320F) for 7-8 mins. Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins. Then let cool.


Make the simple icing and decorate the cookies.


Ice the cooled cookies and enjoy!
