about the recipe

This apple curd is sweet and rich with caramel undertones and perfect for using up extra apples you may have in your pantry. 


peel and chop the apples into 1/2" pieces

step 1

simmer the apples, then blend them and strain them with a sieve

step 2

add the sugar, cornstarch and butter

step 3

transfer to a sealable jar and let cool to thicken


serve this creamy spread on toast, pancakes, and waffles
