This Vegan Cashew Cream Pasta has a velvety texture that rivals traditional Alfredo.  The cashew pasta sauce is fresh and flavorful thanks to bright lemon and lots of garlic

garlic & onion



soak the cashews in hot water for at least 30 minutes

step 01

cook the onion and garlic over medium heat until fragrant

step 02

add the spices and kale if using, then cook until slightly wilted

step 03

blend the cashews and hot water, then add to the other sauce ingredients

step 04

add the cooked pasta and toss to combine

step 05

season with salt, pepper, lemon and red pepper flakes


top with fresh basil and enjoy!
