These cinnamon cupcakes are moist, light, and fluffy with a warm cinnamon sugar flavor reminiscent of snickerdoodle cookies.  Top them with a creamy cinnamon buttercream.

brown sugar

step 1

Cream the oil, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and vinegar together in a large bowl.

Add the oat milk and mix to combine.

Add the dry ingredients on top and use a fork to sift them together.

Mix well to form a pourable cupcake batter.

Line a muffin tin with paper cupcake liners.

Fill the liners 3/4 of the way full and bake for 18 minutes.
