This grilled flatbread pizza is perfect for weeknight dinners.  It's smoky, sweet, and savory with blistered green chiles with juicy peaches. No oven required, vegan & dairy free!

step 1

Make the pizza dough or remove storebought dough from the fridge.

step 2

Char the hatch chiles in the oven, over a flame, or on the grill.

step 3

Peel and dice the chiles into small pieces.

step 4

Make the basil almond ricotta topping in the food processor.

step 5

Blend until it reaches a spreadable consistency.

step 6

Grill the peaches and prep the other flatbread toppings.


Grill the pizza dough on both sides and spread the toppings on it

Drizzle with hot agave and top with fresh basil, then serve!
