Strawberry Frosting

This easy vegan strawberry frosting is so creamy with bold strawberry flavor! Perfect for topping cakes and cupcakes.



vanilla extract

powdered sugar

plant butter

freeze dried strawberry

step 1

Beat the plant butter until it is slightly lighter in color (about 2 minutes).

Slowly add the powdered sugar, about 1 cup at a time.

step 3

Pulse the freeze dried strawberries until they are a powder.

step 4

Pour the strawberries and the vanilla extract into the frosting and mix.

step 5

To thin it out, add in 1 tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you reach preferred consistency.

Store this frosting in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.
