These healthy high protein waffles are soft and fluffy, yet slightly crispy on the outside.  This recipe is so easy and only takes a few minutes to make. It's also vegan friendly!

plant milk

step 1

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center.

Pour the wet ingredients one by one, starting with the plant milk.

Stir until just combined and the mixture is no longer lumpy.

step 4

Preheat and grease your waffle iron. Add batter to your waffle iron, and cook for 5 minutes.

These waffles are best served immediately.

You can top them off maple syrup, or eat them your choice of toppings.

Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
