This soft yet chewy pizza crust recipe is ready in under an hour, perfect for a busy weeknight!  It has a soft interior with crisp edges and a chewy crust.

step 1

Activate the yeast in a measuring cup.

step 2

Combine flour, olive oil, salt, and the yeast mixture.

step 3

Mix with a wooden spoon or stand mixer to form a very sticky dough.

step 4

Knead the pizza dough to form a smooth dough ball.

step 5

Place the dough ball into the bowl and cover with a damp towel. Let it rest for 25-30 minutes.

step 6

Punch down the dough to release any gasses.

step 7

Place the dough on a baking sheet with some olive oil drizzled on top.
