Pumpkin Spice Syrup

This homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup is perfect for coffee, desserts and as a topping for pancakes.  It’s made with real pumpkin puree and is completely dairy-free and vegan.

step 1

Combine all the syrup ingredients except the vanilla in a small pot.

step 2

Stir well to incorporate everything, then transfer to a burner over low heat.

step 3

Simmer over medium low heat for 2-3 minutes to thicken.

step 4

Remove the thickened syrup from the heat and stir in the vanilla.

step 5

Transfer to an airtight container to store in the fridge.


Add 2-3 tbsp to your favorite coffee and espresso drinks!

tips & tricks

Strain the syrup through a sieve or use cinnamon sticks instead of ground pumpkin spice for a smoother texture!
