The peaches are tender, sweet, and lightly spiced.  The cobbler topping is crispy, crunchy, and melts in your mouth with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top.

mix the peaches, sugar, vegan butter, cinnamon & cornstarch together.

combine flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, plant milk, & vegan butter to make the topping

place the peaches into the baking dish

spoon the topping onto the peaches
