This snickerdoodle pumpkin bread is packed with pumpkin flavor and has a sweet cinnamon sugar topping that will have you wanting more. It's completely vegan, dairy free, and egg free.


step 1

mix together the streusel ingredients to form a crumble

step 2

mix the wet ingredients together in a medium sized bowl

step 3

sprinkle on the dry ingredients and mix with the wet until just combined.

step 4

transfer to a greased 9x5" loaf pan

step 5

sprinkle on the snickerdoodle streusel topping


bake at 350F for 55 minutes


let cool on a wire rack before slicing


great toasted with cream cheese or butter smeared on top!
