This creamy & cold iced pumpkin spice latte is made with a DIY pumpkin spice syrup & topped with sweet whipped cream. This Starbucks Copycat recipe can be made dairy free & vegan too!



milk  of choice

step 1

Mix the pumpkin syrup ingredients and simmer to thicken.

step 2

Once thickened, remove from the heat and set aside.

step 3

Brew a double shot of espresso.

step 4

Add the espresso and pumpkin spice syrup to a glass, then combine.

step 5

Add oat milk ice cubes or regular ice to make an iced latte.

step 6

Pour on your favorite milk (like oat milk!) to taste.


Top with coconut whipped cream and dust with pumpkin pie spice!
