This recipe makes tender, spicy, flavorful air-fried of baked Korean cauliflower!  It's flavored with gochujang, giving it a mouthwatering sweet yet spicy flavor.

This recipe takes less than 30 minutes and when served with rice makes a fabulous weeknight dinner. It's also gluten-free and vegan!

step 1

cut the cauliflower into small florets

step 2

make the tempura batter 

step 3

coat the cauliflower in the batter

step 4

air fry or bake the battered cauliflower

step 5

blend the ingredients for the Korean Chili Sauce together

step 6

simmer the sauce with cornstarch to thicken

step 7

pan fry the cauliflower with the sauce in a wok or large pan


serve over rice with green onion, sesame seeds, and cilantro
