Crunch Cake

This homemade easy Strawberry Crunch Cake has three layers of strawberry-flavored sponge with vanilla cream  in between.  It's topped with the best strawberry crunch crumble!



golden oreos

cake flour

yogurt (dairy-free)

freeze dried strawberries



strawberry puree



baking powder + soda

step 1

Prepare the round cake pans.

step 2

Cream the oil or melted butter (use vegan butter if dairy free) and sugar, then add the remaining wet ingredients

step 3

Add the dry ingredients on top of the wet mixture and combine to form a batter

step 4

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake on the center rack for 22-25 minutes.

step 5

After 1-2 minutes, remove the cakes from the pans by flipping them gently upside down.


Make the frosting and strawberry crunch crumble then assemble the cake

Be sure to cool the cakes completely on a wire rack before frosting!
