These classic eggless chocolate chip cookies have a soft, melted interior with slightly crisp edges. The best part? This recipe doesn't use any egg replacer!

In a mixing bowl, cream the melted butter, sugar and vanilla together.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Mix with the butter mixture.

Add the chocolate chips and mix to combine.

Scoop the cookie dough on the baking sheet.

Bake at 325F for 9-10 minutes. Once done, leave on the cookie sheet for 3-4 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling and top with flaky salt.

These cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
