This is the best ever, creamiest Vegan Fettuccine Alfredo Sauce made with oat milk or almond milk. No coconut milk, cauliflower, cashew cream, or dairy-based heavy cream required!

step 1

boil the fettuccine pasta

step 2

Melt the vegan butter over medium low heat. Add the grated garlic and olive oil.

step 3

sprinkle the flour into the melted butter. Stir to form a paste

step 4

Slowly pour the dairy free milk into the flour mixture. It should thicken immediately.

step 5

add the vegan parmesan cheese, salt & pepper


Toss the pasta in the vegan alfredo sauce


top with fresh basil and cracked black pepper
