These vegan bagels (without yeast) are ready in under 30 minutes and are made with only 2 ingredients- self-rising flour & vegan yogurt.

ingredients

self rising flour

thick dairy- free yogurt

step 1

add the ingredients to a large bowl and mix

step 2

use hands to knead the dough so it comes together

step 3

roll the dough into a smooth ball

step 4

divide the dough and shape into rings

optional

brush with vegan egg wash and top with everything seasoning

baking

bake at 350F for 22 mins. Then increase the temp. to 450F for 3 minutes.

serving

slice with a serrated knife and enjoy!
