step 1

add the drained tofu, tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs in a pan.

step 2

rub the oil, vinegar, agave and herbs into the tofu to make the vegan feta

baked for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are bursting

mix the tofu feta in and crush the roasted garlic

step 5

add the cooked pasta and mix well to coat
