These Vegan Butternut Squash Ravioli are pan fried and coated in a dairy free brown butter sage sauce. They're creamy on the inside and are savory, salty, herby on the outside.

filling ingredients

butternut squash vegan butter fresh sage dairy free milk olive oil salt

dough ingredients

flour salt bob's red mill egg replacer olive oil water

step 1

mix flour, vegan egg replacer, olive oil, water, & salt together to form the homemade pasta dough

step 2

knead the dough until it comes together into a smooth ball. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.

step 3

make the filling by blending the squash with the dairy free milk, vegan butter, and seasonings

step 4

roll out the pasta dough into a rectangle and divide it in half

step 5

spoon a teaspoon of filling about 1 inch apart from one another on half of the dough

step 6

cover with the other half of the dough

step 7

cut the dough into squares and crimp the edges with a fork


boil the ravioli to cook them
