This vegan chicken and dumplings recipe is creamy, warm, filling, herby, and savory. It's topped off with fluffy dumplings! This veggie stew can be made in 1 pot and under 30 minutes.

This recipe uses Gardein’s un-breaded “chicken strips" but sub in your favorite store-bought vegan chicken

Saute the vegetables in vegan butter

add the water, vegan bouillon, and dairy free milk. Let simmer and add vegan chicken.

make the dumplings and add them on top of the broth, cover the pot to cook them


top with rosemary and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick!
