Egg Rolls

These vegan egg rolls have a savory tofu and veggie filling, a golden brown exterior and a perfectly crispy texture.  They can be fried, baked, or made in the air fryer!

main ingredients

sesame oil

vegan egg roll wrappers

extra firm tofu

cabbage, carrots, mushrooms

garlic, ginger, green onion

soy sauce

step 1

Crumble the tofu in a heated pan with oil. Add the soy sauce and cook until brown.

Remove from the pan, then cook the veggies with the seasonings and sesame oil.

step 3

Mix the cooked veggies with the tofu and scoop onto the vegan egg roll wrapper.

step 4

To make the veggie egg rolls, fold the bottom corner up and fold in both sides.

step 5

Dab a bit of water on the exposed corner, and continue rolling to seal everything up.


Fry the egg rolls in heated vegetable oil until golden and crispy!

They can also be made in the air fryer or baked in the oven!

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with sweet chili sauce!
