These jumbo banana chocolate chip muffins are moist, fluffy, sweet, and just like what you'd find at a bakery! They're also vegan and dairy-free.
Make jumbo muffin liners by cutting squares out of parchment paper.
combine the wet and dry ingredients in 1 large bowl to make a thick batter.
fill the muffin liners 3/4 of the way full and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
serve with dairy-free butter and enjoy for breakfast or a snack!
