These vegan shrimp are tender yet chewy and are coated in a crispy Panko breadcrumb.  They have a subtle seafood flavor, can be baked, deep-fried, or air fried


mix all the ingredients together to form a dough

shape the dough into a tapered cylinder

step 2

coat in cornstarch and the Panko breading.

step 3

brush generously with oil if baking or air frying

step 4

bake, fry, or air fry until crispy and golden

serve with spicy (vegan) mayo

over rice with sauteed veggies

or with creamy vegan grits!
