This baked tofu cheesecake has a crispy crust made from Golden Oreos and a creamy, dairy-free cheesecake filling. This tried and tested recipe doesn’t use a traditional water bath!

vegan cream  cheese

silken tofu

lemon

golden oreos

vanilla

sugar

corn starch

step 1

pulse the Golden Oreos and melted (vegan) butter in a food processor.

the crust can also be made with graham crackers

step 2

transfer the crust to a springform pan and press it down. Pre-bake the crust.

step 3

combine the filling ingredients in a blender

step 4

blend until smooth and pour into the cooled crust

step 5

bake for 50-60 minutes and let the cake cool in the oven for 1 hour

serving

let the cake cool completely at room temperature, then top with berries!

you can also top it with a strawberry or blueberry sauce
