Coconut Milk Caramel Sauce

– Granulated sugar – Coconut cream – Vanilla extract – Vegan butter – Salt
Follow our easy instructions for success!
Stir granulated sugar in a pot for about 10-15 minutes.
Reduce the heat slightly and add in the coconut cream, stirring continuously.
Add in the vegan butter, then stir for a few more minutes.
Remove from heat, adding in the vanilla extract and the salt.
The caramel will be a runny consistency until it cools. It will thicken eventually.
