These creamy miso noodles with shiitake mushrooms are salty, savory, and only take 15 minutes to make.  Top with a drizzle of chili oil for a quick dinner or lunch.

add onion, garlic, ginger and mushrooms to a pan

add white miso and peanut butter to the veggies

cook your noodles of choice, like ramen or udon!

add hot pasta water to the pan to make the miso sauce

step 04

add the cooked noodles and toss in the sauce

top with green onions and chili oil to taste!
