This crispy air fryer tofu recipe can be sliced or served as nuggets dunked in your favorite sauce!

– Firm Tofu – Nutritional Yeast – Cornmeal – Breadcrumbs – Flour

Mix together the dry ingredients until all the spices are evenly distributed.

Break the tofu block into 1-2” pieces or chunks. Dip in wet mixture then soak for a minute.

Place them in the dry mixture. Coat twice, then brush with a bit of neutral oil.

Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes. Flip the tofu, add oil then cook for 6 more minutes.

For this recipe, pressing the tofu is recommended to get the perfect crisp exterior.
