– Vegan Italian Sausage – Rigatoni – Crushed Tomatoes – Olive Oil – Soy Milk
Follow our easy instructions for success!
Sauté onion, garlic, and pepper in olive oil. Stir in flour.
Pour dairy-free milk and whisk slowly and whisk. Then stir in crushed tomatoes, rigatoni, vegan cheese and spices.
Add in the vegan sausage.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle the vegan cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil then bake for 15 minutes at 350F. Remove foil then bake for another 8 minutes.
