Make a well in the center of the flour and add the dairy-free plain yogurt. Mix the two together until it forms a crumbly mixture. Gently knead it into a smooth ball.

Next, divide the dough into 8-12 equal-sized balls. Use your thumb to press a hole into the center of the ball. Then, spin the dough around in your hand to make the hole larger.

Brush the tops of the bagels with the vegan egg mixture and sprinkle on your everything seasoning.

To bake these bagels, place them in a preheated oven for 22 minutes at 350F.

For a crispier exterior, remove bagels after 22 minutes and turn temperature up to 425F. Place bagels back and bake for 3-5 minutes more.
