coconut cream

vanilla extract


add the cubed mango to a blender or food processor

step 01

blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl

step 02

whip the coconut cream and vanilla until it forms soft peaks

step 03

fold half of the coconut cream into the mango puree

step 04

pour the mousse in a dessert cup and layer with the remaining whipped cream

chill for at least 3 hours, then enjoy!
