These Nutella Baked Oats are super chocolatey and gooey in the middle, yet healthy enough to eat for breakfast. This recipe also includes instructions for a homemade vegan Nutella!

ingredients

plant  milk

baking  powder

oats

banana

vegan nutella

chocolate

cocoa powder

salt

step 1

Make the homemade vegan Nutella (or you can use store-bought)

step 2

add the ingredients to a food processor or blender

step 3

blend them well, then add the baking powder & blend again 

step 4

pour the batter into a greased ramekin

step 5

scoop a spoonful of nutella into the center and cover with the batter

step 6

sprinkle chocolate chips on top

baking

bake at 350F for about 22 minutes

serving

serve warm while the Nutella center and chocolate chips are gooey!
