A cozy vegan breakfast for fall or winter, this pumpkin spice french toast uses Just Egg instead of regular eggs in the batter and is layered with cinnamon & pumpkin flavor.


- Pumpkin Puree - Just Egg - Dairy Free Milk - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Cinnamon - Nutmeg - Vanilla - Good Quality Bread

step 1

slice your bread into thick pieces, about 1/2" thick

step 2

mix together the custard ingredients. Soak the bread for 5 minutes.

step 3

pan fry the soaked bread in some dairy free butter

step 4

top with powdered sugar, pepitas, and maple syrup
