This vegan cream of chicken soup recipe is thick, savory, and of course, creamy!  The broth is mixed together with lots of herbs and a super-easy cashew cream for a velvety soup.


saute the onion, garlic, and celery in vegan butter

step 1

add the flour, dry white wine, and seasonings

step 2

pour in the veggie stock and simmer for 15 minutes

step 3

make the cashew cream by blending water and cashews

step 4

pour in the cashew cream, add the vegan chicken and top with fresh thyme

step 5

great served with crusty garlic bread
