In a pot, prepare the marinara sauce by sauteing onion and garlic, then by adding crushed tomatoes.

Next, sauté the meatless burgers, using the spatula to break it down. Then sauté onions in the same pot as well.

Make the vegan béchamel in a separate pot.

Assemble the lasagna in the baking dish. Add a thick layer of the béchamel on top with a sprinkle of vegan parmesan.

 Bake the lasagna uncovered for 40 minutes in the preheated oven until the béchamel is bubbly and slightly browned.
