– Garlic – Agave Nectar – Sesame Oil – Firm Tofu
PIZZA MAIN INGREDIENTS
– Gala Apple – Acorn Squash – Red Onion

Combine the marinade ingredients. Marinate tofu for at least 20 minutes. Arrange marinated tofu on the pan in a single layer with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 400F.
Combine agave nectar, water and yeast and let it bloom. Then add it into the dry ingredients and mix. Let it rest to rise, then knead.
For the other toppings, bake the whole acorn squash for 20 mins. at 400F. Then sauté the red onions in a small skillet. Roll the pizza dough out, and top it with pizza sauce.
Add the vegan cheese on top. Layer on the sliced apple, squash, caramelized onion & garlic. Sprinkle the tofu bacon on top.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until the crust is golden in a preheated oven at 425F.
